On November 10, 2021, Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Department organized experts to carry out on-site acceptance of "Zhejiang Provincial Lily Organic Pigment Key Enterprise Research Institute" (Plan number: 2016Y0038) built by Lily Group Co., LTD.
The acceptance meeting was presided over by Shen Weiqiang, director of Zhejiang Science and Technology Department, and Li Xiaonian, professor of Zhejiang University of Technology, was the group leader. The team members are Feng Lianfang, professor of Zhejiang University, Ma Guowei, professor of Huajiang Technology Company of Juhua Group, Zhang Pengfei, professor of Hangzhou Normal University, Yu Fenghua, researcher of Zhejiang Institute of Science and Technology Information, Chen Hongbo, professor of Zhejiang Fangyuan Testing Company and Zhou Yongbiao, CPA of Zhejiang Zhicheng Accounting Firm. Hangzhou Science and Technology Bureau, Qiantang District Science and Technology Bureau, Lily Group Vice President Wang Deming, Group Vice president and Research institute President Wang Feng, Research Institute R & D team, testing center, pilot workshop and office, finance department attended the meeting.
Wang Feng, president of the Institute, discussed the basic situation of the institute, the construction situation of the institute (completion of the letter of responsibility, organizational structure construction, system construction, research and development investment, research sites and research equipment, supporting provincial major projects, technical completion, industry-university-research cooperation, the use of construction funds and the comparison of the main indicators before and after the construction of the institute), the existing problems and the future of the institute Four aspects were reported to the expert group in detail.
The acceptance expert group of the Research Institute reviewed the relevant materials, conducted a field visit to the laboratory, and checked the use of provincial funds and local matching funds. The expert group fully affirmed the equipment and site construction of the research institute, and believed that the pilot workshop of the Lily Research Institute has distinct characteristics in the field of chemical industry, especially fine chemical industry. Finally, the expert group unanimously agreed that the Lily Group has completed the tasks specified in the responsibility letter of the provincial key enterprise research Institute and passed the acceptance.
Zhejiang Lily Organic Pigment Key Enterprise Research Institute by Dr. Wang Feng as the president, through more than three years of construction, with liquid mass spectrometer and other advanced scientific research equipment, R & D equipment accumulated value of more than 40 million yuan, has formed a testing center, R & D laboratory, pilot workshop and other R & D sites. It has established a sound organizational structure, operating mechanism and management system.
During the construction of the institute, scientific and technological research has been carried out in five directions: high-performance and environmentally friendly organic pigments, research and development of food contact materials and environmentally friendly organic pigments, research and development of intermediates and special auxiliaries related to organic pigments, development of intrinsically safe and intrinsically environmentally friendly new processes and technologies, and development of energy saving, consumption reduction and resource regeneration. It undertook 16 provincial-level projects such as the key research and development plan of Zhejiang Province, implemented a number of major environmental protection, safety, energy saving and consumption reduction technology transformation projects such as RTO, newly authorized 12 Chinese invention patents, and presided over or participated in the formulation of 20 national, industrial and group standards. The testing center has also successfully passed CNAS certification.
